Well, got the toilet.  It’s a Kohler.  1.6 gallons per flush.  When we took out the old toilet, I looked inside the water tank and on the bottom of the lid, it had a stamped date of creation.

October 22, 1965.

Yuck.

Approximate price of toilet - $100.  Amount of water savings - dramatic.  I can tell just by the length of time it takes to flush.
