The Political Economy Research Institute’s top 100 polluters is both depressing and surprising. Many of these companies issue PR and marketing tactics claiming green-ness and change, however, based on the 2002 numbers it’s pretty sad. Hopefully a new edition of the report on corporate toxic scores by the EPA will actually reflect some differences.
