Is 'Seller Registration' mandatory?+

To sell on BuyEco it is mandatory to register as a seller. The registration process is simple and takes only a few steps, once it's done our team will help you with the cataloging and onboarding process.

I don't have a website, can I still sell on BuyEco?+

Yes, you can still sell on BuyEco, even if you don't have a website. We help you to catalog the products on the BuyEco website so they can reach the customers and you benefit from the sales.

Who handles the shipping?+

Buyeco does not operate a warehouse, so all sellers are responsible for managing and fulfilling their own shipping.

Who is responsible for packaging?+

All types of packaging must be handled by the seller directly.

Will my 'Brand Name' be mentioned in my product listing?+

Yes, your Brand Name will be mentioned in the product listing on BuyEco website.

How do I list my products on the platform?+

It is super easy to list the products on the BuyEco platform. All you have to do is register and then our team will guide you with the process.

What payment methods does Buyeco accept?+

Buyeco accepts card and other online payments like Stripe and PayPal

Can I cancel my account, and are there any cancellation fees?+

Yes, you can cancel your account at any time. Currently, there are no cancellation fees.

Do I need to register and create an account to make a purchase on Buyeco?+

No, you do not have to register and create an account to shop with us. However, it can make checkout quicker, more convenient and get updates on our latest products and discounts.

What should I do if I forget my password?+

Just click on 'Lost Password' when logging into your account, and a password reset link will be sent to your registered email address. Click on that link and you can create a new password.

Can I update my account details? If so, how?+

We are currently offering delivery across the United States of America. However, based on our sellers and the items we can also deliver in other countries too.

How are fragile materials protected during shipment?+

Fragile items are carefully packaged with eco-friendly cushioning materials like recycled paper or biodegradable peanuts to ensure they arrive safely.

How long will my order take to arrive?+

Each seller determines the time required for processing. This estimated time is displayed on the product page. While we strive to deliver all orders on time, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

What do I do if my order is delayed or is taking longer than expected?+

How do I request a return for a delivered order?+

You can initiate a return or exchange in two ways:

Option 2: Self-Serve Return

Why was my return or exchange request denied?+
