BUYECO SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy explains our terms and conditions that constitutes the shipping and related process of your order based on the purchase you make on Buyeco, hereafter referred to as “our Site”.

Standard Shipping Policy

We are currently offering delivery across the United States of America. However, based on our sellers and the items we can also deliver in other countries too.

For timely and secured delivery of every product we have partnered with a trusted logistics provider. Please note that our delivery service is currently available based on where our sellers are willing to ship their products.

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Time

As most of our products shipped based on the orders placed, each seller determines the lead time required for processing. This estimated time is displayed on the product page and at checkout. Typically, the lead time is 5–7 working days.

Once your product is ready for dispatch, our logistics partner is notified to collect it from the seller and deliver it to you.

If your package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it and contact us immediately at info@buyeco.com with your order reference number and a photo of the package. We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

In Case of Shipping Delays

If your shipment is delayed, please email us at info@buyeco.com with your order number.
In the rare event that your order is lost or misplaced in transit, we will either:

• Reship your order (if items are still available),
• Issue you a credit note, or
• Provide a full refund.

To proceed with any of the above mentioned options, we will require written confirmation from you stating that the product was not received. Please note that all final decisions regarding lost shipments rest with Buyeco, and no further claims shall be entertained once a resolution has been provided.

Shipment Processing Time

Typically all orders are processed within 2–3 business days, and delivery can be expected within 5–7 business days from the date of order placement. However, the shipment processing time and delivery duration can change based on the location of the seller,the buyer and the transit period between the countries.

Additionally, in case of high order volumes, processing and delivery time can be more by a few days. We appreciate your patience and recommend allowing extra time for transit.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for all orders will be automatically calculated and shown at checkout. The charges can change depending on the location of the seller and buyer and it is determined by the seller.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Buyeco is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges that may apply to the order. All such fees incurred during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the seller or the customer.

Damages

Buyeco is not liable for any items lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@buyeco.com or the seller for assistance or file a claim, respectively. Be sure to retain all original packaging, and provide photos or videos of the damaged items, as these are required for filing a claim.
